As a licensed occupational therapist, Lacey has a special knack of aging-in-place solutions and enjoys helping our clients live comfortably. Lacey also operates behind the scenes ensuring a smooth transition from pre to post construction for all renovation projects. When not at work, you can find Lacey in her garden, tending to her chickens, or perfecting her bread baking skills.
Nakia has been a fantastic part of our team since 2022. In Nakia’s free time, he enjoys being in nature, laying in grass in an open field, and bird watching. His favorite feathered friends to spot? The vibrant goldfinch, and the beautiful Black-chinned Hummingbird

Jackson brings steady positivity and an easygoing spirit to our team. Outside of work, you can find him stand-up paddling the rivers in our beautiful mountains or spending time with his family. Jackson also has a rich background in homesteading, a lifestyle that reflects his appreciation for nature and simple living.

Though John prefers to stay out of the spotlight, he lets his work speak for itself with a clear commitment to quality and integrity. A few things that we find charming about John: he happily hums while he works, and he never resists an opportunity to greet homeowners’ pets on the job. In his free time, John enjoys the atmosphere of a good concert.
